Update: November 24,
2008
The following terms of use are in effect for participation in the
"List of Change Facilitators Worldwide":
1. Purpose
In 2002 the "List of Change Facilitators Worldwide"
(referred to hereinafter as the "list") was developed by
the consultant for organization development, Gabriela Ender, and
her team (referred to hereinafter as the "provider") in
order to support the professional facilitating of organizational
change processes worldwide as well as simultaneously making mutual
exchange and mutual learning possible for committed persons who
are active in this professional field.
2. Main framework of values
Change supporters, facilitators, and consultants (referred to
hereinafter as "facilitators") can enter themselves into
the "List of Change Facilitators Worldwide" online and
independently
manage their description profiles. The individual experience backgrounds
and methodical focuses and specialized approach of each individual
facilitator diverse and varied. The mutual, main framework of values
is mirrored by the professional philosophy of the colleagues on this
list, which is practically the same for all of them. In the opinion
of the provider, the designation, "facilitator" most closely
expresses the basic attitude that is desired for participation in
this list. Here, the Facilitator uses his/her knowledge and experience
for people, groups, organizations, or extensive systems, in order
to strengthen these in a sustainable fashion and to make it easier
for them to make their way to self-responsibility and independence
in dealing with the constant challenges of change. The method of
an
experienced change facilitator is marked by the following criteria,
in the opinion of the provider:
1. Constant reflection and learning
2. Cooperative orientation
3. Method variety and method security
4. Systemic-evolutionary basic approach
5. Goal, resource and process orientation
6. Interdisciplinary experience background
7. Participative orientation |
A facilitator uses his/her abilities to build on the expert knowledge
of the client and to give the client room to expand on his/her own.
In this respect, a facilitator can alternate between different roles
in his/her work depending upon the task, goal, and situation. A
person working in this manner can therefore assume the role of an
adviser, a coach, a moderator, a trainer, a teacher, a companion,
an observer, a mentor, or a visualizer.
3. Logging in and out
Colleagues, who can identify with the predefined definition
of
a facilitator and accept the conditions for participation and use,
can log in online in the next step. After registering, an email
is
sent automatically to the facilitator including a "Login-ID"
and a "Login-Password". With the access data, the particular
facilitator can check in through the Login area and create his/her
profile.
4. Service
of the
Provider
The provider
provides the facilitator with a "Presentation Space" in the "list" for
the period of at least one year. The complete list is located
in a prominent location (Open Change Network) within the website
http://www.OpenSpace-Online.com. Visitors of this website are
able to contact a particular facilitator directly via eMail
and as well access his/her website.
The
specific profiles are distingiushed through the following mandatory
entries: Surname, First Name, Organization, Country, City, Mobility,
Native language, eMail address, Professional background, Main areas
of work, Open for Co-Facilitators (yes or no). In addition further
entries are available for each facilitator: Solgan, Foreign language,
direct website link, announcement of own training sessions, seminars,
or congresses, as well as integrating a picture or an own logo.
The
provider helps all participating facilitators regarding their
questions and desires via eMail support. Each facilitator is
able to set up his/her profile, change it, or even delete it
at any time without any help due to the software provided.
5. Tasks and Options
of the facilitator
A facilitator, which is solely interested in national contacts,
may enter his/her information in the native language. To insure
a better overview for international visitors, it is strongly recommended
to enter all the information provided in English. The facilitator
is obligated to enter the information into the provided fields correspondingly.
Each facilitator is able to set up his/her profile, partially update
it, change it completely, or even delete it at any time without
any help due to the sophisticated software provided. Each facilitator
has to update his/her information or past event announcements as
soon as possible.
6. Costs and method of payment
The provider charges an one-time admission fee of EUR 75.00. This charge includes the statutory state tax. The tax must not be subtracted from the above amount, because the provider is obligated to pay this tax amount to the German tax office. Exception: The following two groups of customers do NOT need to pay the VAT (19%)!
1.) Single persons or Organizations from outside of Europe.
2.) Companies within the European Union (except German Companies), with a VAT Reg.No.
If you belong to one of these two groups the NET PRICE (EUR 63.03) is your final price. Your invoice would be automatically reduced in an appropriate way. The admission fee is due and payable immediately on receipt of an invoice via eMail. The facilitator will lose access to the profile, and all the data within the profile will be deleted, if the fee payment is not received in the bank account within 14 days of receipt of an invoice.
7. Length
After his agreement
to the terms of use, the online registration to the "List of
Change Facilitators Worldwide", and after paying the admission
fee the facilitator receives the right to present himself and his
organization.
8. Contents responsibility
of the facilitator
The facilitator agrees not to enter any illegal contents into
the list or to offer or portray any such contents on his own website,
either at the beginning or during the further use. The facilitator
is obligated to release the provider from all claims, which third
parties assert with the provider against the facilitator due to
illegal contents or graphics for which the facilitator is responsible.
The provider is not responsible for damages that the facilitator
incurs due to the use of the list, the publication of his/her data,
or other conditions related to the list.
9. Provider rights
The provider will not verify information entered in the list
by the facilitator, but rather assumes self-responsible use that
complies with the terms of use. The facilitator will lose access
to the profile, and all the data within the profile will be deleted,
if the event section will not be updated by the facilitator from
time to time. The provider reserves the right to delete individual
profiles from the list at any time in case of failure to comply
with the rules. In that case the facilitator is not entitled to
any refund of the above mentioned fee.
10. Data protection
by the service provider
The data entered by the facilitator is automatically viewable
for third parties via Internet in the online list. The entered email
and web address is automatically linked for direct contact. The
provider will not save data other than that released by the facilitator
for publication. The provider ensures that he will not use the data
for other purposes or sell this data and to delete it automatically
after the contract period or in case of termination.
11. Availability
The provider cannot guarantee the uninterrupted and continuous
availability or functionality of the list.
