At our website we feature a comfortably do-it-yourself OpenSpace-Online® booking and administration area. Via this fully automated service you are able to choose your desired conference setting ( duration, type, group size), identify the appropriate conference fee and if desired you are able to book this conference setting immediate or later.With a booking conformation eMail you get access to your password secured conference administration area immediately. When you have inputted the title, the date and the time of your upcoming conference, you will automatically receive all individual User-ID’s for your participants. If necessary, you can order additional User-ID’s via your secured area at a later point of time.

2. Unlimited Number of Conferences (ASP-License for 1, 2 or 3 years)
An OpenSpace-Online® ASP-license is for 100% independent and autonomous use of the complete OpenSpace-Online® conference system via a password secured conference administration area at our website. ASP-licensees have the opportunity to conduct an unlimited number of conferences during their entire license period. We offer license periods of 1, 2 or 3 years. Prices on application. 4. Optional Event Management Services
Although the configuration of each single conference is completed very fast and easy, overall event management for the online meeting should be done with the same amount of care that sponsors would use for a face-to-face live event. The better organizers plan for their learn, solution, participation and/or transformation process, the better they plan for the OpenSpace-Online® conference and prepare their participants, the better the full potential of this online methodology can be realized.If desired we are happy to support the event management of your internal or public OpenSpace-Online® conferences and/or the sustainability of your face-to-face or asynchronous online activities.
