On OpenSpace-Online GmbH's website no technical devices are deployed that enable a permanent identification of users, in particular no cookies will be installed on the users' computers.

Upon access to the internet services of OpenSpace-Online GmbH, depending on the access protocol, the following data will be logged automatically by OpenSpace-Online GmbH's web server:

a.	the IP address of the requesting computer including, if applicable, the respective and resolved domain name,
b.	the date and time of the request,
c.	the mode and function of access chosen by the requesting computer,
d.	the name of the requested file, possibly including additional input figures; in this case through availability of appropriate access methods it is assured, that no personal or confidential data will be logged,
e.	the web server's status of access (file transferred, file not found, command not executed etc),
f.	the URL, that requested the file or that initiated the applied function (referrer).

The data will exclusively be used for the purpose of identification and tracking down of un-authorized attempts of access and accesses on OpenSpace-Online GmbH's web servers.

The entire OpenSpace-Online® Conference System was developed from the outset in a kind, that OpenSpace Online GmbH - being an ASP giving third party organizers the opportunity to organize an OpenSpace-Online® Conference -, ...

     ... does not have any access to the online conference,
     ... does not have any access to any personal data of the Conference Participants, and
     ... does not have any possibility to inspect the conference documentation.

This is assured by a mandatory secret code, which is to be chosen by the organizer himself and which is exclusively transmitted to him and his participants. All exchange of data in each OpenSpace-Online® Conference is subject to a 448 bit encryption.

OpenSpace-Online GmbH collects the personal data of the organizer of OpenSpace-Online Conferences only to an extent necessary for the settlement of a contractual relationship or for the due performance of the OpenSpace-Online Conference.

All content introduced into an OpenSpace-Online® Conference as well as a list of participants will be made available for download as a conference documentation at the end of the online conference for participants only.

OpenSpace-Online GmbH collects personal data of its customers or of its participants of OpenSpace-Online Conferences only to an extent necessary for the settlement of the respective contractual relationship or for the due performance of the OpenSpace-Online Conference.

All personal data, transmitted by customers or participants themselves to OpenSpace-Online Conferences or accumulated by virtue of a participation in an OpenSpace-Online Conference, will be processed and used only for the purpose of the settlement of the respective contractual relationship or for the due performance of an OpenSpace-Online Conference. In no event, personal data will be transmitted to third parties.

All content introduced into an OpenSpace-Online® Conference as well as the list of participants will be made available for download to all participants at the end of an online conference as a conference documentation.

OpenSpace Online GmbH has no influence on a further use and distribution of the conference documentation by former participants of an OpenSpace-Online® Conference.

The customers and users of OpenSpace Online GmbH's services shall be entitled, at any time, to claim for disclosure of the personal data relating to them and stored at OpenSpace Online GmbH.

OpenSpace-Online GmbH shall delete its customer's or user's personal data immediately, if he or she desires such deletion. Cancellation will not take place, if OpenSpace-Online GmbH needs the data for the performance or the settlement of the customer relationship and if it is entitled by statutory law to distribute and use such data without the consent of the identifiable individual.

As far as OpenSpace-Online GmbH processes or uses personal data only by virtue of the identifiable individual's consent, the identifiable individual may withdraw his consent at any time. If the identifiable individual deploys this right to revocation, OpenSpace-Online GmbH will delete the respective personal data immediately.
