The Change Facilitator & List of Change Facilitators Worldwide
In 2001 we created the term "Change Facilitator" and an appropriate professional definition. In the meantime more and more colleagues and organizations around the world are using this term. From our perspective, the term "Change Facilitator" carries a different meaning than for example "Change Management Consultants".

By our definition, the designation "facilitator" expresses a basic attitude. The Facilitator uses his/her knowledge and experience for people, groups, organizations, or whole systems, in order to strengthen these in a sustainable fashion and to make it easier for them to make their way towards self-responsibility and independence in dealing with the constant challenges of change. Based on our view of "Change Facilitation" and our goal to connect interested people and organizations globally we developed the List of Change Facilitators Worldwide in 2002.

This online-list includes Change Facilitators from various countries. All persons represented in this list are in favor of participative and appreciative behaviour toward their customers and for cooperative behaviour within their professional field. Each Facilitator makes the entry in this list himself and without our aid. We make no selection of the specialists, but rather only provide the specialists with space for presentation and offer visitors to our website the opportunity to make contact with these persons or organizations independently if they are interested.
